Two cinnamin rolls, milk, glass of water, a cup of coffee, one shot espresso. Mmmm. And to think Bryce bailed out on this one. The fool.
The monthly AOPA flight training magazine came in today with a "Get back in the game--How to knock off the rust." Perfect. I'm also signed up to meet John Miller, the one in charge of the program that I'm looking into (cocc.edu -pro flight program).
Estimated Costs
"This is an expensive program compared to other community college programs. The estimated costs for this program over the coming school year is: $44,709.
Great... now I can take off approximately $13500 in the first year for flight training I've done. Then probably $15000 for the instrument training. okay, $28,000...So then I figured wings of the cascades I spent about $7,000 more than I would have here. But wait- that means I have $16,709 for commercial, multi-engine, CFI and CFII, MEI, and ATP ratings. hmmm...not that much. This makes me wonder-- how realistic this estimate? This isn't even including the degree with Embry Riddle that I have to uhh...just throw in there sometime. This is going to be fun going back to college and flight school. I should get myself that $1,000 Bose XI aviation headset I've always wanted with my student loan. Nothing like material motivation.
